When creating large Quotes, a lot of software products make it difficult for you to find items and let you know where you are at.  We have made searching and managing your Quote easy with colour coding and codes.

The following codes allow you to quickly scan all your Quote Items and see exactly what needs updating.  Below is a list of the codes and what they mean:

Incomplete: The Item is incomplete and missing information. For example, the Item may be missing a Quantity, Priced or other relevant information
Excluded: This Item is an Excluded Item and is not included in the Quote provided to the Client. These items are added to the Quote and highlighted as excluded items. They do not form part of the total.
Provisional Sum: Highlights the Item is an Allowance and is a Provisional Sum Allowance. These items are added to the Quote and highlighted to the Client. They are an amount of money included in the contract sum to cover work or materials, the extent of which cannot be specifically detailed when entering a contract. Typically, builders will include a Provisional Sum Allowance for site work costs.
Prime Cost: Highlights the Item is an Allowance and is a Prime Cost Allowance.  They are an amount of money included in a contract sum to purchase a specified item such as tiles, taps, doors or bathroom fittings. An agreed estimated amount is included at contract signing but the specific products are not selected until a later stage.
Review: At any time you can flag an Item for Review. These are items that you may be unsure of or would like to revisit before you send the Quote to the Client. They act as reminders.
Complete: When an Item has no colour code or code, the Item is considered complete and all data has been entered and is ready to be sent to the Client.
