Scope of Work / Description
All information entered here is present to the Client and is outputted onto the Quote. This information should be detailed information about the Item or Scope of Work and written in a way the client can understand it.
Private Comments
This information is only visible to you. It can be comments about the item or even your workings on how you calculated the pricing. It is not visible to the client

Each text field allows you to format the text using the rich text toolbar.
